Fraternidad Muprespa is a Spanish workers compensation mutual insurance company for accidents and illness, working as a branch of the Spanish National Social Security.

Services given by the mutuals, are:
- Health and economic assistance for employee accidents
- Economic assistance for temporary incapacity because of an illness
- Precaution on labor risks

As Fraternidad is both a private and publicly owned company, pricing is regulated and fixed by the government and they are not allowed to publicize.

Due of this, it is difficult for Fraternidad to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
