The contact forms are implemented on your company’s existing web-site as an "i-frame" - in this way, the integration of eTrack is independent of your company’s set-up, and/or preferences. An "i-frame" takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Customer service employees don't need to install any software on their PC - they only need access to the internet and have an IE browser and valid login name and password to the system.
We handle the running of the eTrack servers, including, firewall, internet bandwidth, daily backup, eventual restore, monitoring and maintenance. You also automatically get the updates to the eTrack application, as part of the monthly charge.
All customer service correspondence to and from your customers is stored as encrypted data in our database, at our hosting site. Our hosting centre covers all security, redundancy and fail-over requirements you could ask for.
As an alternative to a "hosted" solution, eTrack can be implemented on your own servers at our hosting site, or on your own network.
