What is SMS-Biz?

SMS-Biz – is a tool enabling your organisation to send SMS messages directly from your current email application(s) such as Outlook, Lotus Notes etc, or any automated system you may have developed, to any mobile phone in the world… and they can also simply reply back to your email again by using the reply function of the mobile phone. A tool that improves communication, efficiency and reduces mobile costs in your organisation. A typical example of using SMSbiz, is to notify employees within the organisation, notify clients about new products or information, warnings, change of schedules etc, or automating your systems to automatically send out SMS’s when some event takes place.

ermTracks SMS-Biz
We make it possible to send SMS’ from Outlook, Notes-Mail, Hotmail or any other programs or systems you may have that can send out emails… for the same price (or cheaper) as from a mobile… but much easier.
· You don’t need to install any software
· You can write SMS’ from all mail-client programs

You just write mobilenumber@SMSbiz.dk in the “To-field” in your email program and we make sure the message gets to the recipient no matter what phone provider.

If you want to answer the sender you just have to choose “Reply” on your mobile, write your message and press “Send”.

Who can send?
You can add all the persons you want to one account. That means that you can give all or a restricted number of your employees or customers access to send SMS’ via your SMS-Biz company account.

Prices and payment
Account Set-up:  € 799,00 + VAT
Yearly subscription: € 399,00 + VAT
Price for sending one SMS via SMS-Biz is € 0,10 + VAT (National)
Price for sending one SMS via SMS-Biz is € 0,33 + VAT (International)

On basis of the consumption a quarterly invoice will be sent.
You can follow all traffic through your SMS-Biz account login.

Note
One SMS is always 160 Characters long, longer messages are split into multiple SMS´ and charged accordingly.

Add-on
For a fixed, and not consumption related, sum of € 26,00 + VAT pr month, SMS-Biz can be extended with the option of mobile users to answer to the SMS sent by an email-client. Please note that there is a one time establishment fee of the “answer-back” service of € 660,00 + VAT.
